The signed Private Lease Agreement attached to this email is a pdf format. Most devices include a pre-installed application to view that document. However, some devices do not include that program, and should prompt you to download that application to view that document format.
Email, Solicitations and Home Security Fundamentals
The internet and the neighborhood are safe, and the Owner and Lessee should remember some security fundamentals.
The protection of your personal information is important. An owner and Lessee may follow security fundamentals to protect you from potential email phishing, solicitation swindles, squatters and other unwanted scenarios.
Lease Agreement discloses the email addresses as stated by Owner and Lessee, and that address must exactly match any future communications. Any future email changes requires a communication using the email stated on the Lease Agreement, that communication must state the new email address.
You should immediately delete any phishing email asking for personal information, and the email address may appear similar. For example, addressstreet@address-street.homeinyourlife.com is not the same addressstreet@addressstreet.homeinyourlife.com.
Occasionally, a solicitator may attempt to sell something or ask for information. You should not open the door and state I am are not interested and will contact the business directly if I decide otherwise.
Squatters, thieves or burglars, or other solicitations may use the County public database mailing addresses to determine its viability to commit a crime or seek information about your private Lease Agreement. Owners may use a mailing address that matches the property address to avert such circumstances.
If your home includes a garage door opener, please hide the remote control door opener especially if the vehicle is outside.
If you purchase a costly new item, thoroughly hide it within the other trash.
