Debts, Liabilities, Obligations

• Include recurring and contractual payments such as revolving, installments or any others having a repayment plan and you are a primary holder (1st name listed on the account).
• Include because you are making payments and account is not a joint account with another lessee (e.g. child support, alimony, you are a secondary holder and you submit payments).
• Exclude accounts for a lessee listed as a secondary holder and is a joint account with another lessee who is a primary holder.
• Exclude prepaid and non-contractual payments such as automobile insurance, life insurance, phone and internet services because you can negotiate lower payments or eliminate payments.
• If you make payments other than monthly, alternatively, calculate as a monthly payment (e.g. a payment made every three (3) months is payment divide by three (3).
• If you have no debts, liabilities or obligations, please input number 0 (zero).

Past due accounts are collections, judgements, taxes such as federal, state, local, personal property, or other past due balances.
